    145lbs, 2000-2200 a day, maintaining.
    Oh, and if it matters I'm 27, and I exercise 2-4 hours moderate to hard effort a week. Body fat is 25-27%.

    I'm about 5'4.5" and am 60 years old. I started at 138 in July. I'm currently 122. My goal weight is 120, although I'm more focused on getting stronger, fitter, and a bit more muscled right now. I think my goal is still set at .5 lb weight loss per week, and MFP put me at 1200 calories. I do eat the exercise calories that I earn (as measured by a heart rate monitor) so on exercise days I may be eating 1550 calories or so.

    I am 5'6.5"

    My starting weight was 150. I'm now at 143.

    I'm aiming for 130.

    I eat 1400 calories a day and I eat back most of my exercise calories (I try and leave a few spare just in case I underestimated calories consumed / overestimated calories burned).

    i'm trying for max. weight loss possible so i eat around 1200cals per day, and on days i work out i might eat up to 1400ish.

    5'6 132, up to 2600 a day.. I walk at work for about 90mins a day run up stairs for about 40 mins a day and do a combat dvd 6 days a week (usually before work)... 32 now 33yrs old on Monday :bigsmile:

    I like to net ~1300 while losing weight. I'm netting between 1300-1400 currently. I am pretty sedentary and I guess I eat exercise calories back till I get to that 1300-1400 level. I base mine on weekly averages not daily though.

    So this week looked like:
    Sunday: 1102 -645 (exercise) = 457
    Monday: 1329
    Tuesday: 1313
    Wednesday: 1314
    Thursday: 1368
    Friday: 1519
    Saturday: 1779 - 216 (exercise) = 1563 net.
    = 1266 net for the week (Sunday was a bit too low... but you get the idea)

    I weigh 126lbs having started off at 145lbs - I'm 5'6"

    I do 5:2 intermittent fasting, so 500 cals twice a week, the rest of the time it could be anywhere between 1200 and 1900! Usually somewhere between 1240 and 1500. I work out round about 3 times a week for about 50 mins at a time. This has been working well for me, losing round about 1lb a week on average and not feeling deprived.

    Age 52, 5'5", 131 lbs., maintaining at 1600 average. I was under several days last week so that I could have a special meal today. This is my first week of maintenance, but so far so good. I weigh exactly on the nose the same as last week. For exercise I am lifting with bar bells, working my abs and due to an injury, have just started light leg work again. I don't log my exercise because I don't feel it burns much. I lost the most rapidly at 1000-1200 cals per day, but it was misery.

    I eat 1400 calories per day, and eat some of my exercise calories back depending on how much I've worked out. I always try to make sure I net over 1200 though. I know it will come off slowly, but I don't want to start on too few calories and then stall after a few weeks!

    CW - low 260's (I'm making a conscious effort to stay off the scale except for Thursday mornings)
    GW - 170's, for now - I'll reassess at that point
    Calories - 1800-ish net

    Exercise right now mostly consists of walking the neighborhood (getting over a knee injury)

    I'm 62, started out at 232.8 pounds. Doctor put me on a 1300 calorie diabetic diet. MFP put me on a 1490 calories but I stick to the 1300 calories. My goal is 150 pounds. I started on this journey on November 1 and have lost 17 pounds.. It's going to take a LONG time

    I'm in maintenance. I am 5' 5 1/2", 50 years old, and I maintain at 127-129. MFP has my calories set at 1520 before exercise. I walk daily for my exercise. I sometimes eat my calories back, sometimes I don't. I love to eat and eat every few hours, lol.

    While I'm losing weight, on Mondays I eat around 2,000 calories or a little more and then eat 1300-1500 calories Tuesday through Sunday. I also workout 5-6 days a week which includes cardio and strength training.

    I eat 1200/day & don't eat back exercise calories, but I do have the occasional splurge day. 1200 may not sound like a lot, but I eat so much lettuce/fresh veggies that sometimes I have trouble getting to 1200.

    I tend to end up eating somewhere around 1800 calories most days to try to balance out exercise and keep my net above 1200; some workout days I eat 2000+.
