My Diet - Positive Comments Only

I am starting this thread as a safe place for other people who want to be on this diet and lifestyle. We have educated ourselves and as adults have decided to do this diet. We want a safe place to talk and ask questions. We want a safe place to discuss the diet we choose and look for encouragement.
That said, this is how I diet
- Eat a variety of foods to meet or exceed my nutritional goals
- Count calories and stay within (roughly) +/ 500 of my TDEE
- Exercise regularly, with purpose

Personally though, trying to push your DIET onto other unsuspecting people who only want to eat 1000 calories a day is being irresponsible.

You should eliminate gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, corn & sugar and artificial sweeteners. Just those 7 things and it would be perfect.

As for me, I'm just starting by eating less than I used to (as in, not both servings of a large mac & cheese dinner), and then I will try to develop a tolerance for more vegetables.
