    Not only is this amazing but looking at your food dairy you eat like a normal person. You dont try to starve yourself nor do you deny yourself yummy meals! Its really annoying how many people complain that they can't lose weight and show their dairy and you see they eat poorly and dont eat back any calorie from exercise, but you are the poster child for healthy living and a real life style change!!!!!!!

    I too lost a lot of weight...I went from a size 22W to a size 12/14....I lost about 80 lbs. total...I am 5'9ish" so I will weigh a lot, but I am game...and I will do well! I am on my maintenance plan, basically...if anyone can help me along, please add me and help me out! I need some more encouragement!

    That's so amazing!!! I'm 24 myself and my highest weight was when I was 21 (371)! Currently working my way down to 300 and below, and I can't wait to be out of the 300s and in time be out of the 200s!
