1 6.5 oz chopped clams w/ juice (do not drain)
2 tbsp Brummel and brown yogurt butter

    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. reduced fat parm. cheese
2 triangles laughing cow 50 % reduced calories garlic & herb cheese
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    salt and pepper to taste

Rinse and drain noodles in a strainer and pat dry thoroughly. Rough cut the noodles.
Heat a large skillet w/ Pam. Cook and stir onions & garlic until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
Add all ingredients except for cheeses. Cook and stir until hot and well mixed, about 3 minutes.

1 triangle split across 2 rice cakes (although I discovered the other day that it's even better on corn thins!) with a slice of shaved ham or turkey on top and maybe a bit of lettuce if I can be bothered!
I do this too but instead of meat i spread a bit of marmite on it.

I spread a wedge of the Chipotle flavor on my sandwich bread...works as a dressing and cheese in one!

I like real cheese. A serving size of cheese is a serving size of cheese. If my choice is real, delicious cheese or processed, kinda rubbery cheese flavored substance shaped into a wedge my choice is cheese!

I love real cheese too and eat it all the time but the laughing cow (chipotle) is really good spread on a Black Pepper & Olive Oil Triscuit. It's also a nice addition to a turkey sandwich.

3 eggs, 1 triangle, teaspoon of dijon mustard, dash of milk, black pepper and dried parsley mix, microwave for about 3mins until still slighty runny.
    There....perfect scrambled eggs.
