    Thanks everyone! The main thing I want everyone to take away from this is that if I can do it, anyone can, seriously. I am now a few pounds lighter than 198 but not many. The weight is sure coming off much slower now but I still continue to work hard and make sure to get my exercise in! WE can do this!
