Oh, my word! That stuff is like super glue! My Grandma used to use it. She wore a beehive hairstyle for years...long after it had gone out of style. My generation used Rave 4X Megahold in a pump bottle.

Don't have time to retrieve and post pics right now, but I remember:

1. Jelly shoes
2. Friendship bracelets
3. Vinyl records and cassette tapes--my niece, age 12, and my nephews, age 13 and 18, recently asked me what kind of CD's I had when I was a kid. When I told them I didn't have CD's I had cassette tapes, they said, "What's a cassette tape?" Uuuuggghhhh! I'm OLD!

Just imagine. Someday they will have that conversation with someone else about MP3 players and iPads.

I told them that, but they didn't believe me. LOL

My best friend's kids stayed at my house one weekend. I was making drinks, and pulled out the ice tray, and her daughter said "What is that?!" I've never owned a fridge with an ice maker. They've never owned one that didn't have one. We had this kind when I was younger.

Wizardry. a cutting edge game for the Apple ][ in its day.

I lost a year of my life to that game, at least. I figured out how to hack it too. It was obfuscated to prevent it, but I found a way around it.

I had graph paper and fastidiously mapped all 20(?) levels?

I remember that!

10 levels. I remember this because as soon as we got the teleport spell we tried to teleport to level 15 and found out we teleported into a wall.

We then backed up slowly and figured out level 10 was as far as you go...... that was where you faced the evil Werdna.
