Hi there!

My thinking is, ok, I am overweight, but you know what? I have 2 legs and strong bones and there is no reason why I shouldnt use them. Some people in the world have disabilities or illnesses, which cannot be reversed or fixed, so why not make the effort and use some of this potential I am fortunate to have?

No such word as 'cant' people, we are going to burn MORE calories, put in MORE effort and get BETTER results.

Whadya say? Give yourself 3 x 30 min sessions per week, to maximise your weight loss, increase muscle definition and show yourself and the world that you can do it!

I found this site which allows you to download the podcasts for the C25K for free instead of the usual ten pounds.
