    I could be very wrong but I thought fresh beet juice was used to evacuate the bowels quickly. You might want to be careful or you might be posting your own funny mishap like the one posted earlier today.

    I have been eating lots of beets lately- the Melissa's steamed beets are delicious! I hadn't thought about juicing them though?
