What's a good lifting programme or book for a man?

Can anyone recommend a good lifting programme/ book suitable for my husband? He's just starting to lift and I'd like to get him a present to help.

Why move into SL5x5 from SS? They're more or less the same; just SL starts with more volume and less and background information.0 -

Body sculpting bible for Men. I used the one for Women when I was starting out. I also Suggest Chalean Extreme. It's awesome I am doing it for my second time. It has men and women in it.
