Mostly echoing what others have said, but I love any kind of fruit when it's frozen, especially blueberries and cherries. Raw apples or a pinch of shredded coconut are also a favorite for when I'm craving sweet. If you can find frozen fruit bars/popsicles that don't have a ton of added sugar, they're also good.
For salty, Claussen's pickles are perfect, especially their mini dills. So crunchy! Also, a piece of rolled-up deli turkey, a wedge of laughing cow cheese, or a little bit of lox on wheat thins or cucumber slices.0 -

I love munching on raw baby spinach throughout the day--practically NO calories and it helps me to digest my food better, I think. (I know--I'm weird, but I do like it).0

1. When they're cheap at the grocery store, I like I buy a whole pineapple, cut it up, and freeze the pieces. I take the frozen pineapple and blend it with a little water to make "sorbet"! Delish!
2. I like to take "popped" chips and dip them in salsa. They're less calories than regular chips and have lots of crunch and carb-factor.
3. I second the hard boiled egg snack too!0 -
