Sounds good to me! I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and it seems to be the similar sort of idea, intense interval workout! Deffinately going to give it a go! And I can use my own music and not get shouted at to "keep it up" and "feel the burn" lol

Wow, this is something that I would probably do in addition to my 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week! I also would probably do this on my days off too, since it's easy to do at home! Thanks for the tips! :-)0
