Quick Cardio Workout that requires only you!

Options
This is a workout that my trainer prescribed for me. It only takes about 7-8 minutes for each cycle and it kicks my butt!! Below is a video of what each thing is and how to do them if you are not sure. If you try it, report back to this thread and tell me what you thought!

Jumping Jacks 60 ea
Prisoner Squat 30 sec
Push Ups 30 sec
Reverse Lunge 30 sec
Mountain Climber 30 sec
Wall squat 45 sec
Plank 60 sec
Burpees 5 ea
High Knees 25 ea

2-3 cycles

    I will have to try this. It's been really windy lately. It's been consistently around 30-40 mph winds so it makes it hard to get out and workout!

    Love quick cardios like this....I find that once I get to "know" them then I will pop in a circuit in the middle of the day or at night when I have 10 minutes....

    These are my MOST favorite types of workout. Love the HIIT element (high intensity interval training).

    Ever heard of or tried Insanity?

    If not for those mountain climbers I would have called it fun too but I've tried those before and they ALWAYS kick my rear. Still... I might have to give this one a try!
