Have been having a bit of a bad week - struggling to stay on track and just feeling a bit out of sorts generally so I thought I would documenting my progress so far might perk me up a little!
I'm 5'9 and quite large framed. My goal is 160-165 pounds (73-75kgs). Started at 277.2 pounds (126kg) 14 months ago and I am currently 183.9 pounds (83.6kgs).
A bit about my path so far...
Diet-wise, I tend to keep my calories on the higher side - trying to net an average of 1700 over the course of the week but focus on whole foods - plenty of fruit, veg, nuts, seeds, meat, dairy - generally avoid anything overly processed. I work out 4 to 6 times per week (generally 5), a mix of HIIT/heavy weights with my personal trainer, spin classes, jogging, cross trainer and circuit training.
I love reading and seeing others' successes. It's so inspiring!!! Keep fighting the good fight :P

You look great!
I'm 5'8 and pretty large framed as well, it's hard to know what the scale says vs what my body actually looks like. I think I may try to put together some sort of progress shots as well, but I was so good at staying away from cameras before. It's really nice to see your progress, you are fantastic.0 -
I'm 5'8" and 168 lbs and I'm here to tell you, those weights are paying off!! Your figure is WAY better than mine
Keep up the hard work and remember the scale is just a number, especially when you're working out. Great job on your loss. You look fabulous!0 -
You look wonderful!!! Keep up the great work!0

I love your progress - I'm 5'9 / 5'10 so really pleased to see what you look like at your current weight, I've had a hard time finding success stories close to me in weight and height.
I weigh 105 kg (231 lbs) at the moment and my original goal is to get down to 77 kg (169 lbs). I'm so excited at the massive change in you, I've already lost quite a bit but I still just look "big" so to see that you have clear shapes and look great is so encouraging to me - thank you for posting!0 -
You look amazing! No longer drowning in a sea of stripes! You keep up the great work and keep rockin it! You are a rockstar!0

You look awesome! As a 5'7" fellow "large-framed" woman, your weight now sounds healthy and strong. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, and you look strong and lean! Keep up the great work, and keep loving all your muscle! The number on the scale is just that... a number. What matters is how you look and feel, and you look amazing! And, with your tough exercise regimen, you probably feel amazing, too!0

If I could look as good as you do, I would have a bad week every now and then. Maybe that's why you have felt out of sorts. It looks like you have lost a whole person so far. Good job. Kudos0
