Before/after-58 to goal. Why can't I see this in the mirror?

I've lost about 100 lbs too. My top weight was 295, but I didn't start counting weight loss there. I started counting at 268. So, we were sort of close in weight at one time.

Anyway, it gets frustrating to lose 100 lbs and not look like you want to. And it gets frustrating to see young ladies who lose 80 lbs and have a bikini body.

But I can tell the difference...and I know you can, although you may not be happy still, and that's okay. Keep being healthy and doing what you need to do. You have added 15 years or more to your life. Enjoy it and good luck being who you want to be

I wouldn't even think it was the same person. You look amazing. Believe it or not, your photos are inspiring. I can't wait til I can post some before and after shot of my own. Keep up the good work!!
