    Take a daily Multi-vatiamin, drink lots of water, no refined sugars of any kind. I have recently (well about 6 months ago) started using Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Redness Soothing Gentle Scrub. Wow, what a difference! Good luck, some of it is just plain hormonal and there is little you can do about it!

    I stumbled upon this herbal tea from Yogi called Skin Detox and i feel like it has done wonders for my skin....no new acne and my skin is so much softer and no more dry spots. i usually have one cup a day with 2 teabags and it's really yummy.

    I don't think you need to stop wearing make up, but make sure you are using a good quality make up, or a mineral makeup. Have you tried Mario Badescu products? They are natural and gentle to your skin but still provide excellent treatment. I would definitely do some research into vitamins and nutrients and keep up the vegetable and fruit intake, especially raw vegetables.
