Im finding that by the end of the day, I need to eat well over 500 calories to reach my goal quota and I just need to get something thats smallish and still healthy. I cant have any dairy products so yogurts and cheeses are a no-go.

I agree that nuts are a great go-to for extra calories. Peanut butter, granola bars, bananas, dark chocolate, are all good too.0

Ice cream, pasta, oils, avocados, fatty cuts of meat0

I usually opt for nuts of some sort...or peanut butter.0

Mixed nuts or a trail mix of some sort? I like to coin up a banana and melt chocolate and dip them in that and refrigerate them to harden the chocolate. I use "enjoy" chocolate chips which are gluten, dairy, soy and nut free. Its about 300 calories for a quarter cup of melted chips and then about another 100 for a banana. I find that its really satisfying for my sweet tooth cravings I get on occasion. Not sure if that is what you are looking for though. Lol0

Peanut butter. A couple tablespoons is 200 cals. Not much volume but lots of calories and good fats.
i'd go with this!
i can happily gobble up a spoonful of peanut butter when i dont have a few hundred calories to spare... this is why i dont often keep it in the house!!!0 -
also greek yoghurt0

If I could afford it, I'd eat avocado and almonds with every meal. Delicious, filling, full of healthy stuff!0

Among the other suggestions, I might suggest if you are, for example, planning to steam a veg side, try roasting them with some olive oil...or sautee with olive oil, etc. Just cooking with a bit of good olive oil packs a nice, heart healthy, calorie punch and turns something rather boring into something awesome.
Also, maybe some preplanning for the day and plan to get more heart healthy fats in there...being low on calories is often an indicator that you're not getting the heart healthy fats you need.0 -
Red wine and cocoa roast almonds.0

Rosted Soya Nuts(beans)
A half cup has 240 calories, 18grams or protein, 13 grams of fat, 14 grams of carbs. I usually go for a quarter cup as a snack.0
