I'm probably going to have a juicy lucy cheeseburger and onion rings and if I'm feeling really snarky I'll have some asparagus or something else green.

Turkey BLTs with sauteed mushrooms (maybe a bit of cheese, too?) with a side of roasted sweet potato.

Tonight I need to make something quick that I can heat up in a hurry for dinner, so I'm having:

    1 serv (3) - Jennie-O Turkey Homestyle Meatballs - frozen (180 cal)
1.5 cup long raw green beans (66 cal)
1 cup cubed butternut squash (40 cal)
1 cup raw mushrooms (15 cal)

I throw it all in a bowl, add a little water, put in microwave for 6 mintues, season with a lil spices. YUM! You can add way more veggies if you want, this satisfies me really good.

And I haaaave to have dessert..

1/2 cup Blackberries - Raw (30 cal) (or whatever fruit, I've tried granny smith apples, bananas, rasberries)
1/2 cup Carb Balance Vanilla Ice Cream (100 calories)

I warm the berries/fruit in the mirowave and put them over the ice cream.
