when I say wogging I mean intervals of walking & jogging, so been doing that. But adding the sprints in this past week has kicked my butt in gear! What motivated me into it was watching Ashley from biggest loser RUN at a 9 pace....heck Im at a 5 when Im jogging. Pushing it faster is definitly doable. I can feel the sprints in my abs already..lol

I am afraid to go up to 9. The fastest I have gotten was 6.

Morning ladies! I dropped off AGAIN. I went through losing my daughter to New York, which was really hard. I miss her alot. We are trying to keep in touch by skype video chatting so that helps.

I also went to a fibromyalgia specialist and he had me go through cleaning out bacteria and yeast in my body and that was kinda stressful trying to remember all the pills at the right times and so on. I am on 3 prescriptions and 4 supplements to try to help with the pain so hopefully they will help. I start 2 of the 3 prescriptions this next week so it will be a little bit before I know if it works. I do know that I feel better mentally. I feel alive again and feel like living so that is an improvement. Unfortunately I have the munchies alot and I eat all the bad things.

The battery died on my scale so I don't know how things are going. I believe I might have gained 4 or 5 lbs in the last 3 weeks so I have to get on the stick. I am one who needs to weigh everyday so that I will get mad at myself enough to try to watch what I eat that day. If the pain does start to get under control I can start to excercise a litle and that will help.

I am proud of all of you and your loss and keeping going. I will try to get that desire to keep going soon. Wish I had a pill for that LOL.

    See you soon. Debbie

Thanks. You will get there. I lose for awhile and then I stop and work on maintaining. I don't see the point in losing all this weight if I don't know how to keep it off. So I lose in small fractions and maintain it for a while and then when I am ready I lose some more. Plus, it's for personal reasons which fall along medical reasons also. I can't afford to lose to much to fast. I'm happy.

I'm sorry to hear about your tough time. How's your daughter liking New York? I've been there and visited. It's neat. I sure hope these medications help you out. Sure sounds like a lot to handle. But, just hang in there and stay positive. Don't get negative and put yourself down. That's not going to help you at all except to make you feel worse. Look at it this way, you didn't lose your daughter to New York, New York is just borrowing her for awhile

Hi everyone this week was an okay week as far as reaching all my personal weekly goals, I did not do so great but I did manage to loss almost five pounds which I will gladly take. I hope that all the mothers had a wonderful day and that they shared precious time with their love ones. I will again try to reach my weekly mini goals and maybe next week I will have succeeded with accomplishing all of them. CrazyBeeRx you don't need a pill all you need is to continue to try your best each and everyday which as far as I can see you are doing, try not to worry so much about your daughter even though that is easier said than done, just think of her at a sleep over and that soon she will be back home again, and for the pain that you are in I will be praying for you to be pain free don't laugh but that's how I deal with issues in my life I pray and let God handle it for me. I hope that you feel better and I'm here if you need me. Thanks everyone and I hope that this will be a Wonderful Week for all of you!!!

Debbie-Glad you are back with us. Hang in there, it will get easier with your daughter. I talk to my mom EVERY DAY!!! There may be one day here and there we don't talk, but that is very rare.

I hope the new meds work for you so you can get back to working out and feeling better about yourself. If you have to munch try to keep good munchies around instead of bad ones. You can do this and we are all here for you.

have to say that I had a pretty good weekend. I got to finally meet my nephew who is only 2 months old. Spend some time with my father and his wife. Then I had lunch yesterday with my momma before my 5 hour trip home. We went to Olive Garden, boy was it good. We even had dessert. Wow, now that was good. A chocolate mousse pie. It melted in our mouth. We did at least share it. I also did not eat everything on my plate, even though I probably could. LOL So, yesterday was my big cheat day and not another one like that for at least another month.

Oh yea, my 5k. Now, that was the most awesome thing ever. I ran it in 33:31 at a 10:48 min mile pace. I am absolutely in shock of those numbers. My first 5k I did in about 42:00 some mins. So, I improved by at least 8 mins. For me that is fantastic!!! At mile 2 my time was 23: plus and I thought, well that sucks. So I pushed myself to go faster and I couldn't believe how well it felt. When I saw the finish line coming up, I actually sprinted to the finish. It was such an amazing rush, I started crying.

Of course, I now want to beat that time. So starting next week I will start training for my half marathon and do a couple 5, 8 and 10k's during training to keep me motivated. I am so ready to do this and get better at it. A year and a half ago I would not have ever thought that I would be running. I am so proud of myself. It is the most amazing thing to me to be motivated to continue to run and want to push harder and do better at it. My life has totally changed since lossing this weight and using Beachbody products and just having the ambition to keep going. I think till the day I die I will be working out and sweating. I couldn't imagine not doing this for myself.

I can't wait to get home tonite and workout. I am doing BBL this week with some strength training. Looking forward to a better shaped bootie. LOL

Have a great week everyone.

Thanks for the prayers. I pray all the time and I know God will answer. I feel like I am with a good doctor and I know God can guide him. Ask and keep on asking, seek and keep on seeking. I keep looking to the one who can heal me!

One step at a time is all I can do right now. I'm working on it. Thanks for the encouragement.

Hi everyone I hope you don't mind me joining the group I weigh in on Monday evenings and was hoping I can share here for some additional support. A little about me I am a mother of 4 kids and I have been battling with my weight the last 5 yrs after seeing a pic of me and my hubby at the wave park at King's Dominion when I reach my goal weight I will post the dreaded pic of us. Since then I have been struggling to reach my goal weight of 140 I have come within 9lbs of my goal and then ultimately let myself go again reaching almost back to my highest weight ever which was 186 I actually stopped myself at 181 and now I am at 167.8 which I weighed in yesterday and was up 1 lb from last week. I did a clean eating challenge with a wonderful group of ladies on BeachBody and was very succesful getting down to 158.6 but again I gained the weight back so now I am here trying to get to my goal weight and I wanted to do it by my B-day which is July 15th I may not reach it by then but I am at the point of no return. I will reach my goal!!!

I am doing Insanity as my work out routine and walking/jogging trying to build up my run time. Here are my Fit test results
Day 1 to day 15 fit test results!!!
    Switch Kicks 81 - 90
    Power Jacks 45 - 58
    Power Knees 79 - 97
    Power Jumps 30 - 49
    Globe Jumps 8 - 12
    Suicide Jumps 9 - 11
    Push up Jacks 21 - 25
    Low Plank Oblique 38 - 40
So today is day 16 for me and feel free to give me a kick in the butt or any suggestions are really appreciated!! I think my issue is self sabotage because I see results and then celebrate with food which I totally know is wrong I use to buy shoes and purses which now I have too many and can't fit the clothes to wear them with so I got discourage about doing that.

Thanx, I am still very proud of myself for doing so much better. You can do it too. I just finished a program called Insanity. Have you heard of it? It is through Beachbody.com I will swear by the program on how it helped me. If you have questions about the program, don't be afraid to ask me about it. You will love it.

Great fit test results. You improved in each move. I have done a round and know the challenge of that darn fit test. LOL Keep up the great work.

The hardest part about this whole thing is to keep in mind that this is a lifestyle change and not a "DIET". Once you can really accept that, it will be so much easier. Trust me, I have finally had that realization and I am much better for it.

When you see that number go down on the scale, remember that that is just a number. Think to yourself, how do I feel today? How are my clothes fitting? Take measurements and progress pics on your fit test days. That is also a great motivation. My last two weeks of the program is when I saw the results you see in my profile pic. I never thought I would have a two-pack and there it is. LOL You can do this and we are all here for you.
