I'm on the taller end of the group here, 5'3." I started out medical school 3.5 years ago at 140lbs. A couple of weeks ago I weighed in at my highest at 163.2. I actually think that if I wasn't active duty military I would have gained a lot more, but since I have weigh-ins and physical fitness tests every 6 months, I've kept myself from gaining more than I have. This last weigh in was the first time I had to get taped because I was over the weight limit for my height (luckily I have a good chief who knows the tricks of where to measure me so I'd come in under the upper limit). This last Monday when I weighed in I had lost 1 lb - I'm happy to start this journey.
Most of you have lost more weight than I need to (I'm hoping to get back down to 140 for now, maybe try for lower after that). You all really inspire me to work hard and do well. Hopefully I can put up good pictures soon :-) Congratulations to all of you!!0 -

Sorry for the multiple posts, photobucket did weird things and my pics weren't visible anymore. And I guess MFP won't let you edit your posts after a certain time frame...0 -

My goodness you are beautiful! And your wear your weight well! I weigh about 3 lbs more than you (same height) but look about 10-15 lbs heavier. You must have a decent lean body mass . All that to say, please know you look fabulous!0
