Strength Training Routine Needed

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with a link to one or just describe a good strength training routine. I'm looking to add it in 3x a week. As of right now I just have 3 and 5 pound weights but am considering getting up to 10 pound weights and maybe a resistance band. Please help me

Women's health magazine has videos to help with strength training if you're a newbie to it! Some guidance is always good! I think Shape magazine has really good ones too! You can also download some of them on your iPod. Best of Luck!0
