Keep track of your meals, use a scale. I started out skinny, dont get wrapped up in broscience nonsense. Eat big meals with high carb and protein, and between those meals have something else like chocolate milk and peanut butter. Complex carbs are good, but they will keep you full longer, so when I bulk I try to have a good amount of simple carbs so I am hungry again quicker. You will get there bro, just eat like a horse, lift hard, sleep well.0
