Is it horribly sexist to say that I'll take one of each of these guys to go? You're all so brave and have made such great progress!

    Cute as

Honestly, If he put a button-up shirt partly on and added a bit of spray to hold that hair, he would be the hottest guy at a dance club I go to--honest.

Thank you for the compliment :)

Man, this is embarassing. I look worse than I thought.

This is me today down about 18 pounds. I still need to lose about 70 more.

I better get some friend requests for doing this.

No where near where I want to be. I don't care much what other people think. I just want to be in the shape I used to be in.

    Love them all! Thanks guys:)
  • I've always had a problem with the other end of the spectrum.... always tall, lanky, scrawny. Then, after an accident in 1991 left me paralyzed from the waist down, it didn't take too long after getting out of the hospital for the weight to start piling on.

It's been a bit of a tough road because a lot of the mainstream info out there doesn't exactly apply to someone in my situation, but then again, we're all different, right?.... and there's no cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all solution anyway.

So, after modifying my diet and over a year and half to this point of weight training, I've managed to get to what I think is a pretty good size.... now I just have to try and put on some more muscle!!

Men are no different than women in having body issues, especially in current days. There is a lot of pressure to look a certain way and while we are working on getting there, we just don't quite fit the bill. Whether we are considered fat, chunky, scrawny, roided, hairy, hairless, or any combination thereof, we all need to learn how to be comfortable with our bodies and who we are at any given moment.

Some guys believe that finding a girl is hard because of how they look, yet time and time again on these forums we see women posting their preferences and covering a BROAD range body types. So stop using that as your excuse.

So I am challenging all of the guys out there to swallow your fears and post them up:
