What do you drink besides water?
Replies
-
Coffee, non fat milk and occasionally coconut water or tomato juice. I don't drink anything with added sugar0

Propel on the go packets, crystal light packets, Lipton on the go packets, juice, milk. I would drink diet soda but I'm allergic to the sweetener they use in most diet sodas.0
-
Crystal Light, flavored water, almond milk, coffee, tea & an occassional diet coke :drinker:0

I am getting into these Yogi brand teas - my two favorites are peach detox (caffeine free) and perfect energy (with caffeine). I have to add truvia (one pack to two tea bags). If I let it go in my mug and it gets cold, I just add ice cubes and continue. Try to break that diet "CHOKE" habit people!! Soooo bad for you. I work with someone who drinks about a case a day. I have another friend whose husband says "only fat people drink diet coke". Kind of an eye opener.
If I drink juice it is the Trop 50 brand and even at that, I dilute with water.
Yogi Egyptian licorice is a favorite of mine.
The "only fat people drink diet coke" comment is kind of stupid though.0 -
Tea...lots of orange pekoe tea. I do not add milk or sugar so I don't log it.0
-
Tea, usually. Some almond milk, and I have the very, very occasional Diet Coke. If I'm going out, I'm on Guinness, spiced Captain and Coke, or some manner of whiskey and Coke.0
-
Only thing I drink besides water is
Tea (any type)
milk ( fat free or 1%)
:drinker:0 -
Water, Coffee, water with MIO and WINE!0

If at all possible avoid the aspartame. Water with lemon, find a herbal tea you enjoy and drink cool. If you need the sweet add a bit of stevia- it is a plant source of sugar.0
-
great value brand has cherry lime flavor packets that are like crystal lite i guess, at only 5 cals a serving - but if you're into the cherry limeaide slushy from Sonic - that's a good match0
-
I try for mostly water, but will go to Seltzer water for carbonation. Diet Dr. Pepper every now and then and coffee every morning. Green tea and SO Organic coconut milk.
I add the Dasani water flavors to make regular water taste a little better. They are so good and no calories!!
Red wine on the weekends.0 -
I have one cup of black tea in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon I'll have a cup of chai tea but other than that, I mostly just drink water. I'll have iced tea if we go out to eat.0

I drink tons of water...but I also drink low sodium v8 (usually 2-3 5.5oz cans daily), coffee, 1% milk (1-2 8oz glasses daily), whey chocolate protein drink (1-2 servings daily), beer, wine, vodka (mostly on weekends), occasionally a soda (maybe one every couple of weeks).0
-
only protein shakes and ACV mix0
-
Water with lemon and coconut water.0
-
Green Tea, Tea, Juice, Coffee.0
-
Usually just water but sometimes ill get a diet soda or add Mio to my water0
-
Hot green tea with a cinamon stick in it!0
-
seltzer/club soda- i really like the polar brand, particularly the flavored ones. Sometimes I mix it with a little V-Fusion…. But mostly it's just water, coffee and unsweetened tea (hot and iced)0
-
Milk. I have noticed that on the weeks when I drink more milk, I lose more weight. Not sure why, but it works for me!
I read something not long ago about the correllation between higher calcium intake and weight loss. Calcium helps! Google for more information if you're interested.0 -
coffee, green tea, porter or stout, occasional diet coke or lemonade0
-
Homemade sun tea with fresh lemon, club soda water, Snapple makes a great sugarfree peach/tea drink..0
-
I have a soda stream, but I dont use the syrups that come with it! I make seltzer with it and add my own flavors (fresh squeezed orange, lime or lemon)0
-
Tea, water, and sometimes watered juice. Juice is very sweet, so I add water of mineral water to it, in order to reduce the amount of sugar I drink.
I strongly dislike the after-taste of most sweeteners, so I have learned to like water instead!0 -
Black coffee. Little appetite suppressant, little bit of energy, and not so great for my already not so white teeth. But life is about tradeoffs.0
-
I drink water everyday all day, but every other day or so I have a can of Dr. Pepper. Other than that juice once in a great while. I like food too much to drink my calories!0
-
lots and lots of coke zero0
-
i drink water all day... a couple years ago i stopped drinking sodas and only drank water from lent... because my friends were doing it... and i lost some weight just by doing that and not even trying to lose the weight. so when i decided to start losing weight again, the first thing i did was cut out everything but water... sometimes i drink green tea though.... and ill have a sip out of my boyfriends sodas only if im dying of thirst and theres nothing else around0
-
I'm just drinking water right now. Cutting out soda, coffee, and beer is HARD, but after 4 days of it I feel so much better more energy, no hangovers! Ha! I think I would drink unsweetened tea, but I'm not a huge tea fan.0

I also don't like plain old water unless I'm really in the mood for it. I need a little flavor so I use crystal light or mio. I just add a little not the full strength so I have a little flavor. I make it by the gallon so instead of using 2 containers of crystal light I use 1 and I usually still water it down in my glass a little more. I keep the mio in my purse for restaurant water or ask them for lime. Water with lime is delicious to me! and I still have an occasional soda, I love Diet Cherry Coke no harm in that!0
