    You look fabulous. Congrads on the hard work. Wonderful achievment. I joined this sight just after Thanksgiving and it is a great tool to track food intake and excersise.So far down 17lbs and feel great. Taking it in 10lb lots.This my first post,just found I could do this .Keep up the good work.Look forward to your posts in the future. Lesley.

    You look beautiful, very nice work. I noticed you have celiac and Hashi. Do you think the gluten free helped with weight loss?

    with celiac it is a must, there is really no other way. having my hashi controlled by a good endo and having a great diet helped a lot

    Wow! Fabulous! I am starting a bit heavier (and a bit taller :)) so I am looking to you for inspiration! My goal is about 20 lbs heavier than you are now too, don't think I could ever get as skinny as you are after being so heavy for so long! Anyway, I was just wondering, what program, if any, did you follow? I know you mentioned lower carbs and higher protein, any cal restriction going along with that? I know everyone's bodies work differently, but just wanna caompare and see if I am even on the right track :) Thanks!
