    I almost forgot, we make pineapple wrapped in bacon. It's like scallops wrapped in bacon but with Pineapple instead.

    Get a sponge mix and layer them on the bottom of the dish ( with the juice) and pour over the sponge mix. 20 min at med heat. Louverly treat :)

    Ok, wow! Now I'm going to have to go buy more pineapple! Love these suggestions. (Except the cottage cheese ones. I can't stand that stuff! :laugh:)

    I love just a little over my icecream... or I put a little in my jello in my sugar free cherry jello when I make it
