    This was very inspirational!! I have PCOS and it seemed that NOTHING ever worked for me. I finally found a doctor that specialized in PCOS and told me to cut the carbs... I have only been doing this for about 2 months and so far down 24lbs. Your results are amazing and I hope I can have the same sucess!!! :bigsmile:

    Wow! You look so happy, and like you are just enjoying life so much. That is a wonderful story, and thank you for sharing. I have PCOS as well, and have taken (and still do) take several medications that make losing weight difficult, but I am on a pretty similar 'program' as you and I do see and feel a difference. I think I'll follow in your footsteps a bit and hope to be as successful as you!
