    I normally eat a salad for lunch bur today I treated myself to something special: homemade tomato soup with a peanul butter sandwich on a flax seed sandwich thin. YUMMY! I'm still on cloud nine and I finished my lunch an hour ago!!

    A 2 mile jog and then my homemade tuna salad, wilted spinach, cucumber sticks, blue cheese dressing, a slice of 21 whole grains toast, and a low sodium v8.

    I will follow that up a couple hours later with a handful of mixed nuts and an orange
