    Baby spinach with mango, chicken, avocado, almonds and chia seeds with a small amount of homemade dressing consisting of red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and ground mustard.

    Small whole wheat pita with boar's head low sodium turkey, and a salad of kale, brussel sprouts, chicory, pumpkin seeds, and poppyseed dressing.

    Leftover lunch:
    Crockpot pork tenderloin
    steamed spinach with lemon juice
    mashed red potatoes and cauliflower with garlic and greek yogurt

    Yum!
  • I had the Subway Club with pepper jack cheese, banan peppers, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, light mayo, pickles, and honey oat bread all for 370 calories :)

  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach, 1/4 cup crasins, 3 slices of hormel deli style turkey with 4 squeezes of lemon juice, light salt and pepper, 1 cube chipotle laughing cow cheese and 2 lace captain's crackers:smile::smile: . Very tasty

    Just did a carton of egg whites, scrambled with salsa. <300 calories...but I'm on the hunt for something more.

    I made home made mac n cheese with bacon bits stuffed jalapeno meatloaf wrapped in apple cider cured BACON!! It...was...epic!!!!

    "Spudzilla". Old favorite from a resteraunt I used to work at. Smash up a few baby red potatoes, little butter, then little sour cream, mexican cheese, then pulled pork, then BBQ sauce over it all. 900 calories, but tonight's Zumba, so it's okay. Helped my protein macro though. LOL!

    Stir fry with noodles. Topped with a fried egg and sriracha.
    This is probably the 3rd or 4th day in a row I've had this for lunch.

    I think I have a problem.

    White Jasmine Rice (227g) + 1.5 cups of my wife's homemade chili... So tasty. But I'm also very, very full. Blows my mind that it almost makes me feel uncomfortable with that amount.
  • running out the door soon ~ so it's a fit & active meal replmnt. drink for me (milk chocolate)
  • Alot of fat, protein, potassium and magnesium.

    4 oz. 93/7 ground turkey with taco seasoning
    1/2 cup Uncle Ben's 90 second brown rice
    1/2 cup Bush's low sodium Black beans
    homemade pico de galla
    Lettuce and salsa
    It is too die for!!!
