    I make a smoothie every morning for breakfast. These are only part of what goes in. I am aiming for a nice clean "Most Used" page with the only questionable thing second from the last is "quick added calories".

    I've probably never actually eaten the bread listed, but I use it as a measure of white bread I can visualise when I guesstimate the lovely, freshly baked bread at the school I work at.
