    Hi everyone. I am 5'10.5" and currently wt 178 lbs. My goal weight is 165 lbs. I am way too heavy and am feeling it in my joints. Yikes!

    I'm six foot even. My highest (non-preggo) weight was 272. My recent lowest was 199, but I'm back up again. dammit! Currently at 229 and shooting to get back to 199. The BMI chart says I need to be 184 at heaviest, but I felt really good at 199 and would be totally satisfied with that, as long as I'm also in good shape.

    6ft and my goal ATM is 200, but I would love to get down to 185-190. I started at 223.9.

    I am 5'10". My starting weight was 180 lbs....now down to 152. Reached my goal of 145 but then the wonderful holidays! I am determined to get that extra few pounds back off. It seems to be a little more difficult this time to stay focused but I am sure I can do it again. Tall ladies are beautiful and we can all do it! Stay strong!

    I love this group!!! I'm 5'10.5" and currently 202lbs. I've already lost 9lbs, but I'd like to get down to the 160's. For now, I'd like to be in the 180s by summer.

    Hi! I just joined a few weeks ago and have already lost 7lbs. I am 34, 5'10", and currently 210lbs. My goal weight is around 180. I honestly don't think my body is capable of going below that. My weight loss usually stalls around 194 for some reason, so if I make it to the 180s it will be amazing! Looking forward to this journey and the support. Thanks!

    I'm 6'2. I weigh 205 right now had a baby loosing from that since I started this lost 22 pounds my goal weight go now is 180 that's a healthy bmi. I'm more muscle then fat. Body fat percentage right now is only 21 so I don't want to loose to much ill be to skinny

    I'm 5'10" & was about 235 at my highest weight. After my daughter was born 4 years ago I struggled to get the weight down to about 200+. I split my pants "literally" & had enough of the fatigue, depression & size of my clothing. I joined a gym & MFP & lost 48 pounds in about 26 weeks eating right , doing cardio & strength training. I am currently maintaining at about 155 pounds. I am hoping to tone my core & build some more muscle definition. I may be maintaining, but motivation and support is awesome & I would love more of the same. Friend request sent.

    I am 5' 11" and I started in October at 284...I am now 252. Slow and steady keeps it off I say. Loving the program. Just posted that I need some encouragement. I want to get into the 40s and then to the 30s...My ultimate goals is 185. Since i am tall it makes it seem like I am thining so much...but I am really just wanting to renew my mind so I can renew my body and remain healthy!

    Be encouraged...tall girls are doing their thing!
