SIzes frustrate the hell out of me. Currently, at 5'7 and 3/4 and 158 lbs, I wear a 13/14 in pants. I'd love to be a size 6, but when I was 128lbs and lifting heavy, I was still in 10 or 12s....

    5'4"
    Starting 14-16's at 200ish lbs.
    Now 4-6 at 126lbs.

How long did it take you to lose all that weight? I am at 167 lbs right now and I want to get down to 130 llbs!

When I started this journey, I was 224 pounds and was snuggly fitting into a size 14. I lost 40 pounds (gained 20 back) and was able to fit into a size 10. Sadly, I cannot fit in those but my 14s are still too big to wear.
I have heard when you lose 20 lbs you drop a size. But I think it differs per individual.

It took me about a year and a half.

This must be highly individualized because I'm 5'1". I lost 34 pounds and went down 4 pants sizes.

Same with me! I'm 5'4, and I went from a size 16 to a loose size 10 (UK sizes) with 48lbs lost.

Lost 40 pounds, when from a very tight 14 to a 6. It seems the larger you start out the slower you lose clothes sizes. I think there is a bigger difference between a 18 & a 16, than there is a 8 & a 6. Why, I don't know. But that's what I've noticed.

Keep up the good work - be patience and diligent.
