    Milk 2%
    Spinach
    Bananas
    Avocado

    Not all together of course

have you tried cutting up avocado, drizzling with honey, and covering with milk? It's so good! I bet it'd be tasty with banana's too =)

ETA: Some people also blend the avocado, honey, and milk to make a pudding/smoothie. It's a great healthy snack/small meal.

Lemon Water - Hot Water W/ 1tbs Lemon Juice Qty: of 1 cup
    Kellogg's - All-Bran Original (Australia) Qty: of 20 g (3/4 cup) 1 g (3/4 cup) 1 container (630 g (3/4 cup) ea.)
Woolworths - Cherry Tomatoes Qty: of 100 grams 1 grams 1 container (200 grams ea.)
Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite - Soy Milk Qty: of 250 mls 1 mls 1 container (1000 mls ea.)

Other than the Cherry tomatoes, that's my go to breakfast, funny the alternate flake cereal I always have with it is not there?
I think I have Cherry tomatoes nearly every lunch, so definitely deserves to feature here!

I think as many other poster is saying that's my historical "most used"
    Currently I would say:

Aldi - Expressi - Coffee Pod Qty: of 1 Pod
Xtreme Formulations - Ultra Peptide Whey - Chocolate Peanut Butter Qty: of 1 scoop 1 container (71 scoops ea.)

    Would definitely be up there!

    1) Coffee - Brewed from grounds
    2) Bananas - Raw
    3) Nature Made - Fish Oil 1000mg With 300mg Omega-3
    4) Caltrate - 600+D Calcium Supplement (Calcium & Vitamin D)
    If you don't count my supplements (#3-6 are all multivitamins/calcium/fish oil/vitamin d)...then it'd be:

    7) Strawberries - Raw
    8) Harris Teeter Naturals - Frozen Organic Blueberries

Kind of shocked actually...but there was a period of time where I had the same dang thing for breakfast for weeks on end, which is probably why the above is "Most Used."
