    I once read that action doesn't follow motivation, but instead motivation follows action. I would like to add the fact that the action of me working out, caused my motivation to soar, but nothing can compare to the words from a bunch of hot women like this! Really, it makes me want to skip out of work and go out and do more. So thanks to all of you, and I hope I can motivate one of you - or at least convince someone to take action - and the motivation will follow.

    I thought these pics might have been too 'revealing' - guess I was wrong. It's unimaginably great to hear the feedback after a what has been alot of hours away from the tv and in the gym / on the road. Thanks again to everyone!

    Amazing!! You look great and have every right to be proud of what you've accomplished through hard work. I am now within five pounds of my goal as well. I know the last five pounds will bring about the greatest muscle definition and have no intention of giving up on reaching my final goal. Thanks for the motivation!! :wink:

    Ok, I'll chime in here. Great job man, you look great,,, very inspiring. All these catcalls make me want to go home and get out the cam and see how I do. My wife may shoot me. She thinks I'm an egomaniac now, and she's probably right.

    When I was younger I was proud of the biceps - but nowadays I'm more proud of the flat stomach and the cuts at the hipbones. It would seem that the ladies agree :smile:
