Got off to a poor start with illness and a work trip out-of-town. But I did 1.5 miles on Feb 2nd and 3.7 miles on Feb 5 for a total of 5.2 miles on the treadmill so far this month.0

Back for another month - Lot's of spinning and even a Snowflake Shuffle (5k) planned for February !!!

Total: 51 miles
