hey hey, I've never really wanted to become friends with people on fitnesspal mainly because most people aren't on every day, and i also want friends that workout alot, not just dieting. So if your cool and serious about this lifestyle, and don't mind chattin about exercise and food and anything else, hit me up with a friend request, id love to accept

Hey man, I'm serious about working out. I haven't been on myfitnesspal every day for a couple of months because we just had a baby this October, but I'm back on now. My name is Paul, I live in Minnesota, and have a condition called arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (AMC), but currently am training to reach my 3 year goal to compete in professional wheelchair body building. I am also attending Cal U of PA to simultaneously earn bachelors and Masters degrees in Exercise Science (focus on rehab and corrective exercise) and Ntional Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) certifications to be a certified personal trainer(CPT) and Corrective exercise specialist (CES). I haven't hit anyone up here with friend requests pretty much for the same reasons, but if you don't mind, I'll shoot over a friend request!0

I work out 5 or 6 days a week, either P90X or both gym and P90X. Fairly new on here, but ive been right on track for almost two weeks now and definately not stopping anytime soon.
I love to hear/give tips and motivation.

Well Im pretty legit so that is requirement #1 and I workout 7 days a week. I don't play around when it comes to my fitness. I strength train 4x a week, ride my bike as my transportation and then fill my other times with stuff I enjoy like cycling classes and dance classes.
I want to be able to bench over 330lbs, which is where I started with my weight loss. I have a ways to go but I am workin like hell to get there.0 -
Well, don't go by this week, I'm sick. But I have logged in for over 200 days consecutively. I run 5-6 days a week (usually 20-25 miles each week or more.) But I haven't been working out as much at the Y like I used to. But running is a workout in itself.0

feel free to add me I'm on every day, ignore the start date, I made a new account, I've been active for a year but just really decided to get serious last month after a few months on half-a$$ing it, I lift weights 3 days a week and run at home 3 days a week, but log my workouts under my notes.0

I'm sending you a friend request! I work out mostly everyday. I'm a hardcore runner but I also do circuit training, pilates, yoga, & spinning. I've also been known to pack in 2 workouts a day, one at lunch and another after work.0

I log my food daily as well as my workouts, and my workout notes will often contain what I did as far as strength sets and whatnot. Tonight might be an exception as I may be taking a rest day, but this would be my first 100% rest day of the year. Anyone who wants to can add me!0
