my version of a 'grilled stuffed burrito', with grilled chicken, cheese, tomatoes, rice, and sour cream.

Looks good. Next time, you need to provide a 'money shot'.

Made a simple spaghetti and baked ground turkey meatballs w/ side of steamed broccoli. Pic is of my son's plate. My portion was more:

And then strawberry lemonade mini muffins:

IDK how to post pics here but @ www.msnaturallyrandom.blogspot.com check out my "What's For Dinner?" posts. I have pictures there. I made this blog before I joined MFP (didn't realize a blog feature was even on the website until recently)...

A first for me - I made cheese enchiladas last night with homemade enchilada sauce. They were AMAZING.

Lunch: pasta and meat sauce + apple
    tumblr_mhxdhp1GQO1rn7tcvo3_500.jpg

Dinner: pork sausage, mixed vegetables, potato pancakes (some with cheddar and some with cream/cottage cheese mix) and Greek yogurt
    tumblr_mhxdhp1GQO1rn7tcvo1_500.jpg

My first attempt at a mug cake:
    tumblr_mhxdhp1GQO1rn7tcvo2_500.jpg
From here: http://eatdrinkcraft.blogspot.ca/2012/03/best-chocolate-mug-cake-no-serioulsy.html. It was very good, but I think that was mainly the melty peanut butter, which makes everything delicious. It was quite small for the calories, though satisfying. I think next time I would either just melt some chocolate and PB together in the microwave or else go full out and make crepes.
