Pancake Tuesday is on February 12th. Who can resist the taste and smell of such a delicacy when wafting through the house as the rest of the family indulge ?

Short of locking myself in the shed, how can I get through the day unscathed ?

Oh, man - good luck on that one!!! I'll be watching, in-case someone comes-up with a plan.

Browse the recipe section. I have seen some low cal, yummy looking pancakes in there!
Make a batch for yourself and the fam can eat their own mix if they prefer.

May have to build some into my diary, so may play squash that day. I have to have sugar and lemon juice on mine.

Yes! I'm eating crepes with my family on Sunday and I'm gonna love every bite. Every bite of one crepe, that is, not three.:blushing:

I think I'll go for a low calorie version coupled with an hour in the gym!

I had 2 chocolate chip pancakes today. I actually found a breakfast place that let me order 2 and 1 over easy egg. I was super excited. So I went to the gym. :-)

Do a search for healthy pancake recipes. You can have your pancakes
  • 2 eggs, one mushed up (very ripe) banana, all mixed up, tiny pancakes instead of big ones, taste better. Still tastes a bit like yorkshire pudding, but with a topping its quite nice. Try it before hand so as to not ruin your hopes for Tuesday.
