    Sometimes I'll use almond oil on my skin, it's widely available. I get mine from an ethnic grocer, it's much less expensive.

    Re: coconut oil calories, I'm hoping this means I gained weight from lipstick rather than potato chips. Lipstick will be so easy to give up.

    I think it does. That's why a lot of times chefs get so fat. They are touching all that food.
