I just wanted to throw my two cents in for the cauliflower pizza crust.

I made it today for lunch for myself and my husband and... it works! If you don't use a non-stick pan, the trickiest part is getting it off the pan. Luckily I found a metal spatula for that. I did not make the bites version, but I used the same recipe and made two personal pizzas. If you are comparing it to a regular pizza crust, I'd say by itself it's a bit soggy and bland (think school lunch pizza). However, with the tomato sauce and toppings it's not bad at all. It does not taste like something that's made from cauliflower. Also, I feel good after eating it- energetic and not like I just age regular pizza. I will definitely make this again and try to perfect the technique.

So, if you've been wanting to try this, but just not really sure it will work, I would encourage you to try it. It may not be for everyone, but we're pretty picky here and it worked for us.

    Edited to add pics.

Finished pizza (sorry I ate some before I remembered to take a pic).

I know this sounds weird, but how cauliflower-y do these taste. I despise the smell of cooked cauliflower (through steaming normally), and smell is step one of the food gag for me, if there's not much stink to them, I'd probably be great trying these since they're covered in tomato sauce and cheese.

I haven't made this crust, but I agree with you on the gag factor of steaming cauliflower. Reminds me of pregnancy nausea. Have you tried roasting it? Huge difference in the smell factor. Huge.
