forgive me MFP for I have sinned. I posted a barely legal bathing suit bottom on a compliments thread after getting a slap on the wrist for a banana hammock, thong,g-string picture. But since it's on the compliments, chit chat tip, I'm hoping it will only get picked up at night and be inoffensive to anyone during work hours. plus technically it's not a thong anyway so there.
also one other sin, i get lured into these threads instead of doing my "dan" rereading which I keep meaning to get back to so I can see if I'm on the right track if I can ever have those terms TDEE & etc gel in my mind enough to understand.0 -

I ate four servings of cake at a total of 1000 calories AFTER reaching my calorie goal. And it was worth it.
Glad to know I'm not the only one who will eat 4 servings of cake.....even if it DOESN'T fit my goal! LOL!0 -

I don't log olive oil unless I"m eating it straight (like in dressing).
I rarely eat actual meals.
I still feel fat even in my size 6's (and even the bigger size 4s).
I binge at least once a week.
I exercise so I can eat pretty much whatever I want.0 -

Love this! Forgive me MFP for i have sinned. I dont log food on sundays and usually end up having half a pint of gelato for dinner. I dont measure olive oil when i cook. I dont measure the half and half in my coffee.

It took until 11 am this morning..... to chew and swallow my breakfast. I started chewing at freaking 9am. One little bite at a time... Still hate eating breakfast... It was 2 little waffles with 1 tbsp of peanut butter. I swear to get it down no later than 8am tomorrow. Should I be swearing on this forum? :laugh:0 -
I had a chocolate covered strawberry today. It was delicious. I may also have a birthday cupcake this evening providing it isn't gross. Even if I do have the cupcake I'll still have around 600 calories for dinner.0
