CHALEAN EXTREME

Yesterday was day 1 of CLX. Today is a rest day according to the workout calender/plan. At some point I want to include some kind of cardio into this workout. I am just trying to decide whether or not I should go ahead and incorporate cardio starting today (since today is a rest day) or should I give my body some time to adjust to the new workout before I add in cardio. Since I will have 2 rest days a week I would make these two "off" days as my cardio days. I believe that adding cardio in would help me reach my goal.. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

  • For me, I just hate to not do anything for 2 or 3 days a week. So on my "rest days" I walk a couple miles or ride my bike with my son, or just do something relaxing yet still active.
