Just curious and wanted to compare some.....what is your weight, height, age, and daily calorie goal (with no exercise added in)??

    I normally eat about 1650. Any lower and I tend to binge.

    1910 cals to maintain but I am trying to go bwtween gaining 1/2 pound/week and maintenance. so to gain 1/2 pound cals are 2160, I am aiming for anywhere between 1910 and 2160

    I just (yesterday) raised and started zig-zagging my calories. I lost about 25 pounds in just a few months, but since then have been losing and gaining the same 5 pounds over and over again. I'm giving this theory a try in hopes of jump starting some more weight loss. I was around 1300-1400 every day, now I'll zigzag 1450-2190 (average for the week about 1800).

    Currently at 1950 (0.3# per week loss) I've been steadily raising it since i started because otherwise I was blowing past my "goal" daily because I was always hungry.

    1450 calories per day (not including any extras from exercise)

    Since joining MFP in April, I've maintained a 1-lb loss each week.
    Exercise is very sporadic, but I've recently joined a gym and hope that will improve.
    I eat my exercise calories only if I'm hungry for them.

    Base Calories = 1200

    Everyday, I automatically add 400 calories to my base for breastfeeding, and exercise to get over 1800 calories a day. I usuallyget between 2000 and 2400 calories a day with exercise, and you better believe I eat nearly every last one.
