Hi Everyone, I am a huge les mills fan, I do pump, attack, step and RPM. One class I haven't given a chance is Body Balance. I did it once, years ago and thought it was the biggest waste of time. I didnt sweat or get my heart rate up so It just felt like the biggest waste of time. I know that is not the point of the class, but to me, I dont feel like its a good work out unless I am burning some good calories and huffing and panting lol.
I want to be open minded about it and maybe give it another go because I would love to be flexible. What are your thoughts on the class? Do you like it or should I continue giving it a miss?

It really depends on your mind set going into it. You are never gonna like it if you go in wanting to get a sweat.
I personally really like on my easier days as a way to keep in ther gym routine but not kill myself0 -
I love it. It's great for maintaining/increasing your flexibility.0
