So far, so good...

I'm 100+ down. Would like to drop at least 50+ more. Here's what I've done so far:

I did most of this by walking, quitting soda, adjusting portion sizes, etc. For the last 30lbs or so, I've been counting calories (Thanks "LoseIt" and "MFP"), and I recently started working out more earnestly. I'm currently using some of the Jillian Michaels DVDs (e.g. 30 Shred, etc.). Any suggestions you have to give myself a more dynamic workout or more focused meal plan are welcome!
