YES! I'm afraid of going on a date because I might rape him. Even taking care of the problem every night doesn't help.0

No, testosterone. My test levels are super high for a female due to heavy compound lifts.0 -
Very much so... I attribute it to the fact that working out releases adrenaline and endorphines, which are the same chemicals released when you *ahem*... if you know what I mean :blushing:
Also it may have to do with the fact that I watch True Blood when I run too. Mmmm:devil:0 -
Totally, I love the gym high0

My routine is the same...Before gym time I get all worked up, got my beats going, hyped knowing that I am about to go all in! After my workout when I get tired, stiff, and lethargic...LOL.
Repeat cycle Monday - Saturday.....0 -
Of course it does, it raises your T-levels. Studies are pretty conclusive though that their is a difference between the kind of exercise that does it for men and women. Mens levels to raise sexual energy typically require 45-60 minutes of moderate to heavy lifting 3-5 times weekly. Women on the other hand typically only need 20 minutes 3-5 times weekly and not so much the heavy lifting but more aerobic activity.0
