Fiber

I noticed that since tracking my food, I was not getting enough fiber. I started eating a bowl of Fiber One cereal every morning. This ONE bowl puts me at the myfinesspal suggested limit for my goal weight. If I eat more then the "recommended" amount of fiber, will it get in the way of my weight loss?

Not at all. I believe the more fiber, the better, and I try to get at least 25 to 30 grams a day.0

Nope, you should be fine! I'm set at 25g as this is recommended by a lot of places I've looked...and I feel the best when I meet that or get up to 30. I'm over today. :bigsmile:0

I changed my fiber goal to 25 and try to never be below that. 25-30 works great for me.0

Thanks! That helps a lot!:drinker:0
