Amazing!! I'm about 30 pounds shy of my initial goal and I've been here for the past 18 months. It's easy to think I've failed because I haven't hit my goal weight, and I often forget about what I've done. Thank you for reminding me that it's not about numbers. Congratulations on your continued maintenance and possible loss!0

That's one hell of an amazing failure you've got going on. :drinker:
And I think it's takes amazing strength to realize, "Hey, maybe that goal isn't right for me." :flowerforyou:
It's like an artist with a painting... the hardest part sometimes is knowing when to say, "This is done."0 -
Way to go!! You look FANTASTIC! I am on my way to losing 100+ lbs also, I am 47 lbs down since 10-8-2012. Do you mind if I add you? You are so inspiring!! You should be so proud of yourself that is quite an accomplishment!!!0

Wow! "Failure" looks so good on you!
Sometimes,we get a number in our head or off a doctor's chart or a BMI calculator, but that does not mean it is the right number for our bodies. I learned this lesson when I was young, way too thin and anorexic looking while in the "normal" "healthy" weight range.
Now, I'm old and obese and have set a target weight at the high end of "normal". Honestly, though, I think I'll probably feel most comfortable in the middle range of "overweight" but I won't know until I get there.
I have a question ...
What have you done to maintain your 7-month loss? I'm sure there must be some lifestyle changes that keep everything in balance.0
