    - that you can weigh more and still be slimmer than those who weigh less than you.
    - food is fuel, treats are treats, but treats cannot fuel you.
    - to stop mourning the person I was and to welcome the person I have become.
    - that weight loss is very much a head game as much as it is a physical job.

    Why don't you should put these on your fridge door? They're great points!

    I got it at le chateau last Christmas. I live in Canada, and I don't know where you are. You might be able to find them in the US.

    Yes, it took a lot longer than I thought. I aimed high, and I tried not to think about how long it would take... just that I wanted to get there.

    I'm one of the people who need that reminder because I'm getting frustrated at how hard every damn pound is to lose. But this was a great post, and a beautiful set of pictures. You look terrific and are very inpspiring!

    Yes, I like the dates too. It reminds me that it may take longer and it should be about a lifestyle change for the better and not just another hill on this roller coaster I've been on for years. Congratulations! You look amazing!
