    It is amazing how much you learn during a lifestyle shift, even in the beginning. I would definitely agree that its as much of a head game as a physical undertaking!

    I learned:
    - that you can weigh more and still be slimmer than those who weigh less than you.
    - food is fuel, treats are treats, but treats cannot fuel you.
    - to stop mourning the person I was and to welcome the person I have become.
    - that weight loss is very much a head game as much as it is a physical job.
