After being with this group for 8 months I know my weight loss is slowing as I get closer to goal but I'm staying just to keep myself accountable each week So if I only lose 2-3 pounds a month at this point I'm totally fine with it. I've changed my goals to a 1/2 a pound a week weight loss.0

A little blip in the wrong direction, annoying but my own fault. I'm slowly learning what food triggers binge habits and am avoiding buying it.
On a more positive note I now fit (or a too small for) all the clothes in my wardrobe, except for one dress which remain stubbornly tight over my hips. Had a clear out of the 'too big' and 'just don't suit me no matter what my size' clothes this wkend. Two carrier bags full for the charity shop.0 -

So far so good this month. I have already met the minimum requirement and I still another week to go. I feel better everyday and I am looking forward to buying the new shoes I have earned by losing the 5 pounds. Hopefully I will do equally as well next week.
